These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zephi website and our sale of products to you. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope & Acceptance

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced here (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

 


 

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. New features or tools will also be subject to these Terms.

 


 

3. Website Use & General Conditions

  • You must not misuse our site, interfere with security, or attempt to access areas you’re not authorised to access.

  • Content (excluding payment card data) may be transmitted unencrypted over networks; payment information is always encrypted in transit.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

 


 

4. Health, Safety & Intended Use (Important)

Zephi’s Heated Silk Eye Mask is a reusable wellness product designed to provide gentle warmth to the eye area as part of a short daily ritual (recommended ~2 minutes, up to 10 minutes maximum per session).

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always follow the Safety Essentials and product instructions provided with your mask.

 


 

Before Use

  • Wash your face and ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from makeup, skincare, or beauty products.

  • Remove contact lenses before use and avoid wearing false eyelashes or extensions, as heat may weaken adhesives.

  • Do not share your eye mask for hygiene reasons.

  • Do not use if you have a contagious eye condition (such as conjunctivitis), eye infection, open wounds, or skin irritation near the eye area.

  • Inspect the mask before each use — do not use if the mask, stitching, filler, elastic, or silk fabric is damaged, leaking, discoloured, or misshapen.

 


 

Safety Essentials

  • Heating: Place the mask flat on a clean, microwave-safe plate. Heat for 20 seconds initially.
    If more warmth is desired, heat in further 10-second increments only.

  • Always test the temperature on your wrist before placing it over closed eyes.

  • Do not overheat. Overheating may cause burns, fabric damage, filler damage, or fire risk.

  • Use on closed eyes only.

  • Hygiene: For personal use only. Use on clean skin with no makeup, oils, or occlusive products.

  • Cooling & Storage: Allow the mask to cool fully before placing it back into its box.
    Some condensation is normal if stored while warm.

  • Sensitivity: Discontinue use and consult a health professional if you experience pain, redness, irritation, or vision changes.

  • Not suitable for: Children, pets, or individuals who cannot safely sense heat.
    Use with extra caution during pregnancy or if you have dry-eye disease, recent eye surgery, contact lens complications, diabetes-related neuropathy, skin conditions, or any ocular/dermatological condition—seek medical advice first.

 


 

After Use & Re-use Lifespan

  • Allow the mask to cool completely before returning it to storage.

  • Designed for repeated use over approximately 4–6 months, depending on frequency, heating habits, and care.

  • Retire and replace your mask if it shows signs of wear, reduced warmth retention, or visible damage.

 


 

Care & Maintenance

  • Do not wash or submerge the mask in water or any liquid. Exposure to moisture may damage the silk fabric or cause the internal beads to deteriorate or rupture.

  • Do not spray, mist, or wipe with a damp cloth. Keep the mask completely dry at all times.

  • Keep away from oils, serums, creams, or other skincare products that may stain or weaken the silk.

  • Do not bleach, dry-clean, or tumble dry.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.

  • If cleaning is necessary, gently brush away surface dust with a dry, lint-free cloth only.



 


 

5. Product Care & Maintenance

  • Hand-wipe with a lint-free cloth.

  • Do not bleach, dry-clean, or tumble dry.

  • Keep away from oils/serums that may stain silk.

  • Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

  • Follow all additional care instructions in the product leaflet.

 


 

6. Information Accuracy & Availability

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. Screen displays may vary. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders where information is inaccurate (including after you submit an order), as permitted by law.

 


 

7. Orders & Pricing

  • Pricing & Currency:
    Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and supported. If your local currency is not supported, prices will default to Australian Dollars (AUD).
    All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
    Zephi reserves the right to adjust pricing between regions and currencies at any time to reflect changes in exchange rates, taxes, or market conditions.
    Your final price, including any shipping fees or applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • Offer & Acceptance:
    By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in that order. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.

  • Order Confirmation:
    If your order is accepted, we will send a confirmation email to your nominated address. Please ensure all details provided are accurate and current.

  • Limits:
    We may limit or cancel orders per person, per household, or per payment method/address to prevent misuse, bulk purchasing, or reselling. We may also refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

 


 

8. Payment, Fraud Screening & Security

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be subject to verification, fraud screening, and bank authorisations. We may cancel or hold an order if we suspect unauthorised or unlawful activity.

 


 

9. Shipping, Risk & Title

Dispatch Estimates:
Any shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including customs, carrier delays, weather events, or government restrictions).

Risk & Title:
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment being received.

International Orders:
You are responsible for any local duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or import restrictions that may apply in your country.

Damaged Packaging:
While we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, occasional transit damage may occur.
If your parcel or product packaging arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery.
Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box that does not affect the product’s condition or performance is not considered a fault and does not qualify for replacement.
If the product itself is damaged or unusable upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Section 10 – Returns, Exchanges & Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to Leave: 

If you provide authority to leave, risk of loss passes when the carrier records delivery at the address.

 


 

10. Returns, Exchanges & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change-of-mind (optional – customise):
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused products in original condition within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping). You are responsible for return shipping and risk in transit. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of used masks unless required by law.

Faulty or misdescribed:
If your product is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise does not meet ACL guarantees, please contact us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and photos. We will guide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

 


 

11. Limited Warranty (Manufacturer Defects)

In addition to your ACL rights, Zephi provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for [6] months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper heating, misuse, neglect, staining, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow care instructions. 12. Changes, Cancellations & Pre-Orders

We may accept order changes or cancellations before dispatch at our discretion. Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change. If we materially delay or are unable to fulfil, you may cancel for a refund.

 


 

13. Promotions, Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to their own terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Gift cards and codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

 


 

14. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

 


 

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, and designs—is owned or licensed by Zephi and protected by intellectual property laws. You must not copy, adapt, distribute, or use our IP without prior written consent.

18. Medical & Results Disclaimer

This product is a general wellness item. It is not designed or approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not rely on it for pain relief or therapy. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health professional for any medical concerns. Use of our products is at your discretion and risk, subject to your rights under the ACL.

 


 

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zephi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the site or products, improper heating or misuse, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

 


 

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, acts of government, transport disruptions, or supplier issues.

 


 

21. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.

 


 

22. Severability, No Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and order confirmations, are the entire agreement between you and Zephi concerning the site and purchase of products.
