Begin with a clean, makeup-free face so the gentle heat can work in harmony with your skin.

Place your mask flat on a clean, microwave-safe plate and warm for 20 seconds.

If you prefer deeper warmth, add just 10 seconds more, taking care not to overheat.

Test the temperature on your wrist, then settle the mask across closed eyes and pause for 2 minutes — or linger up to 10 if time allows.

Zephi is designed for gentle, wellness-focused use. If you have sensitive skin, existing eye conditions, are pregnant, or have recently had eye surgery, we recommend speaking with your health professional before adding heat to your routine.

Always use your mask on closed eyes, and remove any contact lenses or false eyelashes first, as heat may affect adhesives or cause dryness.

As with any warm compress, take care not to overheat your mask and always test the temperature before placing it on the skin. Zephi has also been independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory to ensure safe, stable warming when used as directed.

Your Zephi mask is designed for repeated use over approximately 4–6 months, depending on frequency and care. Replace your mask if you notice signs of wear, reduced warmth, or damage to the silk or seams.

Natural silk absorbs and releases moisture easily, so light marks may appear after heating and fade as the mask cools.You may also experience a moment of soft blurriness as the natural oils around your eyes warm and spread. Silk is a natural, protein-based fibre. With warmth and the natural oils around the eyes, it may develop subtle markings that don’t fully fade. This is completely normal for high-grade silk and reflects the evolution of a natural, breathable fabric.

We accept returns of unopened, unused masks within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of used masks unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact our team for assistance.

We take great care in packaging every Zephi order. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@zephi.co within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
